The model of the nonprofit OakCLT is designed to provide responsible stewardship of land, homes, and other properties for the benefit of the community.  The OakCLT is able to accept donations of select properties.  If you have a home or property that you would like to donate, or would like to receive more information about the donation process, please email Anne Griffith at anneg (at) oakclt.org.
