The model of the nonprofit OakCLT is designed to provide responsible stewardship of land, homes, and other properties for the benefit of the community. The OakCLT is able to accept donations of select properties. While we have funding for the acquisition and rehabilitation of foreclosed homes, the nonprofit OakCLT is still in need operating funds, as well as funds for other projects and activities. Please consider supporting our efforts to create permanently affordable homes in Oakland!
